Self-loathing ass… that’s all I can think of. He wants to do it, but he hates himself for wanting to do it, so he proposes laws to quantify and justify his hatred of himself and his desires.

I’ve been diabetic my whole life that I can remember. I knew from a young age what sugar tasted like, what ‘unsweetened’ things tastes like… and what ‘artificially sweetened’ things tasted like. the latter always, ALWAYS, tasted like crap to me. Use to drive my mom nuts to make “sweet” things for me that i wouldn’t enjoy the taste of. as I got older i learned and experienced the effects of the fake stuff. Swore off it all just after college… no ‘diet’ sodas or or stuff. I think I’m better off.

Really? the actor needed to confirm that? We couldn’t all see it coming that way he was ogling his bestie and looking heartbroken when the bestie kissed the girl? The Character’s brother was strung out most of the time and even HE saw it… reached out to the kid to “be there” for him whenever he needed it.
Sorry… I’ve seen it but have already forgotten the characters’ names…

I’ve been missing Bowie and have had his Blackstar album on repeat… “Lazarus” brings me to tears… he knew he was dying and needed to get this music out before he left us. Powerful shit right there.
