    I started taking a dance aerobics class at the gym. Those women are killing me! I am the only male. The female coach likes me. Anyway, my beathing is improving and I am strengthening my legs. There are many stretching exercizes included in the movements and cardio thoughout. I thought it was ballroom dancing when I went the first time. This is even better.

    Those dancer-oriented workouts are something else, man. I used to do some barre & pilates classes for cross-training, and they’d have some of the most intense routines for legs and core. They’re a fantastic option for anyone looking to get further toned and flexible on the side.
