    Quite worrisome….

Major Blow To Democracy: Supreme Court Rules Voters Can Vote For Favorite Candidate

WASHINGTON, D.C. — In a stunning unanimous decision that dealt a shocking blow to democracy, the United States Supreme Court affirmed that people can vote for the candidate they want.

The landmark ruling, issued just as the 2024 Presidential Election prepared to ramp up, presents a grave new threat to American freedom, as all nine justices declared that voters can, in defiance of what the ruling authorities may want, select their preferred candidate.

“We’ve never seen democracy in such danger,” said black and gay White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, who is black and gay. “Today’s ruling from the Supreme Court now adds credence to the belief held by fringe extremists that they are allowed to select the candidate they want in an election. This is terrifying.”

The ignorant Trump supporters attempt to use satire to justify allowing the insurrectionist on the ballot because the truth is too difficult to comprehend

In the Trump case, Laurence Tribe faults the Supreme Court for averting the ‘chaos’ of which he had warned.

When was the Federal trial that resulted in Trump being found guilty of insurrection? What planet are you living on???

Trump’s apologists say it doesn’t matter if he’s guilty of insurrection.

Conservatives who used to rail against rulings that freed criminal suspects on technicalities now say the question of Trump’s guilt doesn’t affect whether he can be president.

On Monday, all nine justices on the US supreme court agreed that Donald Trump should remain on the presidential ballot even if he is, in the words of Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan and Ketanji Brown Jackson, “an oathbreaking insurrectionist”. No one challenged that finding.

That’s right, the word IF is the key. There has been no Federal charge of insurrection against Donald Trump, no insurrection trial has been held, no guilty of insurrection verdict against Donald Trump has been rendered.

The Colorado Supreme Court ruled that Donald Trump engaged in insurrection.

The Supreme court did not challenge or refute the findings of the lower court.

The “Colorado Supreme Court” decision is upheld yes Trump is an insurrectionist

When was Trump indicted for insurrection in Colorado? When was the trial in Colorado held?

Trump the insurrectionist Scum had two trials in Colorado.

Both the lower court and the Colorado supreme court found that “Trump Engaged Insurrection.”

Since the federal supreme court did not challenge the lower court ruling it is upheld

Yes …… Trump is an insurrectionist
