Training "around the injury"
Probably a fairly typical thing for most of us who take fitness and exercise seriously. At some point we sustain an injury during our workouts or from various activities. Injuries can be painful (and serious in some cases). Mine is a deltoid issue caused from overtraining.
I think the key is to self evaluate (get input from a trainer) and seek the assistance of a physician if required. Doing great with my cardiovascular exercise and lower body. How many here care to comment on their own injuries and how they worked through them?
