August 12, 2021 – Today, the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation, the educational arm of the nation’s largest lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) civil rights organization, released new data finding that the vast majority – 92% – of LGBTQ+ adults surveyed in the United States had received at least one vaccination for COVID-19. Supported by The Rockefeller Foundation, this first-of-its-kind LGBTQ+-focused vaccination data is provided through the Community Marketing & Insights’ (CMI) 15th annual LGBTQ Community Survey of over 15,000 LGBTQ+ adult respondents.
Although vaccination rates vary somewhat within the LGBTQ+ community, the rates across race and ethnicity, gender identity and sexual orientation, and age are well above the rates for various general adult populations where the data are available
There are many reasons why LGBTQ+ vaccination rates may be higher than the general population, including higher percentages of the LGBTQ+ community being liberal, living in blue states, and living in urban areas. While participants had strong education levels, those with no more than a high school diploma still had an 87% vaccination rate.
I’ve got enough knowledge that the HRC is one of the phoniest most corrupt shams of an organization there is. Far left progressive nasty grifters on steroids. I went to an HRC event here in Beverly Hills once and left halfway through. I’ve known many people involved in it, and it’s a joke. I would never give them a dime. They raise money to have fancy parties to raise more money to feel important and sue anyone who doesn’t think like them. The fact that you would put an ounce of validity in any poll they are pushing shows what a sheep and propaganda pusher you really are.
You should consult with your doctors to see if taking the vaccine is riskier than not taking it.
I don’t know your medical history and don’t mean to offend, but from your own comments it appears you haven’t made good decisions, haven’t done a good job, taking care of yourself. Maybe it’s time to change that.
I would say the sheep are those whose idea of “research” is cherry-picking “data” from already selective sources, never “questioning” those quacks, yet they mindlessly “cast doubt” on what the experts and science says – despite having no counter-data or actual argument.
Indeed, they post an article explaining vaccine hesitancy… yet it doesn’t even mention their “arguments”.
> I would say the sheep are those whose idea of “research”
> is cherry-picking “data” from already selective sources
My idea of “research,” which word I would not render in quotation marks, involves reading the entire literature in a discipline, then distilling it for the general public (and for hacks who constantly misrepresent it).
Tangential to the actual topic: You still have unsafe sex, though, right?
