If there is anything I’ve learned from our weekly podcast fitness program (in 9th season of production) is the mind body link between physical and mental health. We have a success coach as a regular recurring guest who is one of our most popular and she discusses this at every opportunity.
Winter isn’t my favorite time of year and there is nothing like getting outdoors in the spring with a slew of physical fitness ideas on the planner. Everything from bike riding, trails, even cardio fitness employing some great plyometric jumps or similar moves. Changing up ones workout really helps refresh ones attitude and employs positive vibes. Make it a fantastic spring and don’t forget the change ups!
