Hello Gentlemen, thank you so much for checking me out. I believe that in this environment, you present who you are. I am genuinely 5 foot 6, 170 pounds, in my mid-fifties and my pictures are accurate. I am single and hoping to make quality friends and hopefully find Mr. Right. As far as fitness, I work out, eat well, and consider myself to look good for my age. Many years ago, I used to compete but currently do not. For the past year or so, I have considered doing a Masters Bodybuilding contest just for fun, but I have not put in the time or effort with work and life. I work out 3 to 4 times a week, and it would be nice to have a friend and or BF work out with me. As far as friends are concerned, I want friends with whom we can empower each other to be our best selves. So say hello…. nothing but good things here.
