Before you ask, yes, I am a gymnast—or I try to be anyway. Started gymnastics 11 years ago at the age of 29, mainly as a way to get fit. I stuck with it as I found the group based strength and conditioning really worked well for me. I subsequently grew interested in doing apparatus, and started competing a few years ago.

I love cycling but currently only use my bike to commute to work. Other recent sports included 3×3 basketball, beach volleyball and underwater hockey (look it up). I grew up playing basketball too, and also did squad swimming for a long time.

Other hobbies include photography, gardening and cars.

Also have a very modern family; I’m in a relationship, have two young daughters, and their mothers are a lesbian couple.

When it comes to connecting, that’s usually with younger guys. Taller, lean and fit guys to the front 😝
