Ryan Humiston! LOL. I thought I was the only person who was obsessed with him. Sometimes I have to play his videos four or five times because the first time or two I’m too busy drooling and pondering why life is so unfair that I can’t marry him. 😢

But when I can pry my eyeballs off of his muscles and ruggedly handsome face while constantly on the lookout for his dickprint, (I digress), his workouts are pretty gimmicky to be honest. I actually built a workout program around his recommendations. I’m embarrassed at how much time I spent doing this….pausing his videos to do screenshots of him doing the exercises, etc.
