I’m mostly interested in dating local guys, or possibly someone who travels to Sonoma County or bay area for work, family, or friends ~

Seeking someone who is smart, reliable, and friendly. Self-awareness and open communication are more important to me than sharing all the same interests, although I’m also looking for a basic compatibility in lifestyle and values–like honesty, reliability, responsiveness, healthy choices, and the willingness to deal openly with differences.

We (you and I) are both socially aware and considerate of others, but also enjoy irreverence, humor, and engaging our minds, as well as our bodies! Assuming there’s some initial attraction, I’d love to connect with our hearts and minds, and then the rest will likely follow . . .

fyi, I do not share intimate photos; you never know where they can end up (remember Anthony Weiner’s infamous wiener, lol). My “private photos” are simply more photos that did not all fit in the public category.

I have brown hair (with increasing salt and pepper), blue-green eyes, German/English background, cleanshaven, 5’9″, light body hair, fair complexion, healthy lifestyle. Not really your typical body-builder “jock” tho’ I work out regularly with a slender build — vegan / plant-based diet (a definite plus if you are too, although you don’t have to be). Non-smoker, covid-vaccinated and boosted, HIV-negative, not into drugs or heavy drinking.

I’ve lived in Europe, speak some German, studied Spanish in Guatemala, went to grad school in Hawaii. Multi-cultural, cosmopolitan, open-minded, free-thinker.

Outdoors–hiking, biking, and camping / backpacking; swimming/snorkeling; arts, psychology, and meditation; writing and occasional performing; art, museums, cultural events–tend more toward independent films and plays; occasional music is great, yet appreciate silence as well; enjoy travel and friends.
