I’m just a regular suburban guy getting back into fitness and working on becoming a stronger, healthier, and more confident version of myself. I’m not a fitness model or someone who has everything figured out—I’m actually enjoying the process of starting where I am and seeing how far I can go.
I’ll be sharing my workouts, progress, challenges, post-workout sweat, and hopefully some noticeable changes along the way. 🏋️♂️💪
I’m also new to creating content, so this is me stepping outside my comfort zone, meeting new people, and having some fun with the journey. I can be a little shy at first, but definitely have a playful side once I get comfortable. 😈
