FYI, most protein powders will contain a “serving’s worth” of cholesterol equivalent of most lean red meat…could be problematic for someone that is touching the upper-limit of the daily tolerance (based on medical history, family genetics, etc.); it’s the reason I moved away from protein supplements 8 years ago.
Setting aside advances in supplement technology, I have found that incorporating quinoa and wild-caught fish to meet increased protein requirements has helped me decrease my cholesterol levels. I hope this helps!
