Working out and staying strong in mind-body-spirit are my passions. I  am a writer, retired lawyer, and a spiritual mentor. I love to explore life and get to know other guys on the journey to walk shoulder to shoulder and grow.

I am looking for some LTF’s—long term friendships—with buddies who are interested in hanging out online and maybe even getting together once in a while to enjoy life and explore, encourage each other, and have fun–with benefits.

I am married to a wonderful wife (a woman)–who is my soulmate. So, I am not looking to marry you. I want to create some lasting friendships with a few guys who connect intellectually, emotionally, spiritually, and physically.  I call it a “deep male friendship.”
