The warmer months certainly gives us a chance to change up our workouts and training with moves we haven’t done indoors. At least a change up with the scene can be helpful. I do my morning cardio and weight training outdoors at least twice a week and tie in “Plyometeic jump” training at the same time. The work helps with strength training and coordination and being outside can serve as a very positive start to the day. Any special training you use to start your morning?
I did my four mile run this morning for a change. It was humid, overcast, and 79 degrees at 8 AM. I usually run in the evening but today I thought that changing it up would be a help. This evening I am supposed to go on a group bike ride that starts at 6 PM weather permitting. Now that I am unemployed, I usually go to the gym a little later on in the morning. However once I can get a new job my gym time will revert back to the evening hours.
