    The warmer months certainly gives us a chance to change up our workouts and training with moves we haven’t done indoors. At least a change up with the scene can be helpful. I do my morning cardio and weight training outdoors at least twice a week and tie in “Plyometeic jump” training at the same time. The work helps with strength training and coordination and being outside can serve as a very positive start to the day. Any special training you use to start your morning?

    I probably should probably get out and walk in the mornings, I’ve been focused on “cardio & weight training (wake up style) 6 mornings a week!
