Hey, I cannot afford a trainer, do you have any tips or ressources you can reffer to to know if what you are doing if correct? By this I mean: am I training hard enough/overtraining? Is my workout plan okay? Diet? And so on…

Thanks for your awsers and feedbacks

Trainer Sam Cushing has lots of youtube videos and he is cute.

My advice is to use the morning mirror as a guide to your progress and maybe use a measuring tape on your biceps, chest, waist, thighs and track progress on a chart near the mirror.
It is important not to hurt yourself, so maybe try lots of lower weight exercises to get your whole body in shape, including doing some seated rowing machine and walking on inclined treadmill. Stretch out after.

Gradually you should see some progress and you can increase intensity and duration. Take a rest day in between big workouts.
For diet, cut out most sugars, pop, and drink more water.

Make a list of exercises you like, and use Youtube to learn the right form.

You look pretty good already from your pic.

    Thanks for your awsers.

Sorry I did not mentionned that it was in an intermediate progressing into advanced lifter level framework. What I shoulder have asked is: what ressources to use in order to optimize your workout without a trainer?

Btw I am currently following the Jeff Nipard’s full body workout.
