    The tab already includes a 9% admin fee and a 20% service fee. Interesting that there is a separate additional line for a gratuity. Presumably the admin fee goes directly to the establishment, and the service fee is shared among the workers (servers and kitchen staff). I would confirm that with the management. If yes, then I would give individual cash gratuities to the wait staff based on their level of service.
