Well I restarted my workout plan since few days ago. I had many struggles due to the pandemic and now I got back to training. Anyways, I think diet is extremely important. You can always improve your exercises and the way you want to strengthen your muscles or parts of your body, but the correct food and a healthy style of life are fundamental to get your goals. So far, im going step by step after many months out of training, but we will see if I can recover the body I used to have and have the discipline to control my diet.
