    I am very happy with my current workout routine, I focus a lot more now on mobility and stretching, which I think should go on sync with strength training. I separate my workouts into upper body and lower body, with one or two good exercises for each muscle group. This gives you the opportunity to work out a muscle week twice a week instead of the once a week chest day for example. Cardio and rest day is also a must. 🙂
