    Utah’s Republican Governor Spencer Cox has signed a bill that would:

    1. Ban youth from receiving gender-affirming health care.

    2. Prohibit transgender surgery for youth.

    3. Disallow hormonal treatment for minors who haven’t been diagnosed with gender dysmorphia.

    4. Allow families to use state scholarships to avoid public schools that might be sympathetic to gays.

    So much for progress and enlightenment in Utah.
