If you worried more about engaging with your democratic obligations, you would have NEVER voted for Donnie or Ronnie. You should be less worried about the price of 70″ flat screen tv’s and toilet paper at costco and start worrying about who’s getting elected on your school board and all the way up the ticket. Otherwise, you DESERVE the Ron’s and Don’s. Florida Pride Parade Canceled After DeSantis Tells Participants They Have To Keep Their Clothes On In Front Of Kids

PORT ST. LUCIE, FL — A pride parade in Florida has been canceled after DeSantis signed a bill that would require everyone marching in the parade to keep their clothes on in front of the small children in attendance.

“Just great. Why even bother with a parade at this point?” said Trixie Glamrod, who had plans to strip down and twerk throughout the entire 3-mile parade route. “If I can’t be proud of my transgender identity by dancing naked in front of minors whenever I want, then we no longer live in a free country.”

The Babylon Bee isn’t even remotely funny

For those that don’t know, the Babylon Bee is some kind of awkward attempt to make a right wing/Christian version of The Onion (which is politically neutral). The problem is that they don’t have good writers or even seem to understand the basic premise of comedy.

Each attempt at humor relies on the reader already sharing their views and know every talking point spewed by Fox News/OAN/Newsmax, which ends up making for failed satire. It’s on par with those awful Reference Movies (“Superhero Movie”, “InAPPropriate Comedy”, etc) that string together stale jokes or bits from other, better movies and hope the audience laughs at the same thing they saw months earlier.

And of course, the Babylon Bee just feeds into the stereotype of there being no right wing comedians/sense of humor.
