I'd like to say the Giants would win, but let's face it, Pats are undefeated and have a great team... don't know what the score will be.

The Pats got it, so I'm going for the underdog by 3 pts just so that i'm not watching for the commercials only. Gotta make it more interesting. Teddy Brewski break a leg or something...

I think Patriots will win but that's just me. You never know though. The Giants could be the underdogs that win the game.

Yeah, Giants roughed the Pats up last time they met (and in a game that 'didn't matter') so I like your points and your spread venice.

I think this could be a really interesting game. The Giants won 3 road playoff games to get to the Superbowl -- the last team that did that was the Steelers and they beat Seattle.

Clearly the Patriots are gonna win. You can't argue that Boston / New England has the best teams in the world and the best fans! Red Sox 2007, Pats in 2008, next are the Celtics... (and maybe the Bruins)

GO BOSTON!

You gotta love the Pats! The Giants are hungary, but the Patriots just keep finding ways to win. Patriots 24-17

Dr. Storm. Welcome to the NFL. EVERY team is arrogant, as this is what is rewarded.

I don't think you can watch the overgrown brats from San Diego do a dance after every tackle, even when they're losing, and then isolate East Coast teams as arrogant.

I might characterize the Pats as smug more than arrogant. But they deserve to be. They know they're the best dynasty ever, and they simply shut up and play.

As for a prediction, no Boston-area fan over the age of 25 and in their right mind would dare such a thing. We're too superstitious.

Wait...did I say "right mind"? Haha that's rich.

Who gives a fuck? The folks watching should be out walking.

Society is fucked up.

They get up in arms about football or baseball, and sit on their couches, overweight, smoking, eating shit food, and pissing and moaning.

A better question would be "Why aren't you working out instead of on the couch?"

What about the millions of us who do both (watch AND play), and take inspiration from the professionals who are truly professionals?

Mind you - I was making no prediction. Just said I liked the points and spread that venice was suggesting.

And beyond supporting the home team, Belichick and I went to the same college so I have to support them for that reason alone!

Gigaram: I want to read Belichick's book. I imagine much of his philosophy translates well into managing organizations, especially the human side.

tsk tsk...touch a raw nerve there, did I?

The best "fan" experience I ever had (not at a live game) was last year sitting in a sports pub 99% full of Patriots fans and watching Brady throw an interception during the dying moments of the playoffs against the Colts. Priceless. Seems Brett Favre didn't learn anything from that game...Brady did.

May the best team win on the 3rd.

I'm actually really bummed that the Packers aren't playing. That would be fun. Now it's another Boston-NY thing. As Rugger said, I'm not going to make a prediction, but this Boston boy is on the Pat's side definitely. Now I just have to figure out where to watch the game.

I am a lifelong Giants fan, so it is too bad they got to the Super Bowl this year. The Patriots look unstoppable, I predict they will win by 10+ points.

I'm going out on a limb.
Giants 35-31.
NY let them off the hook in the last meeting.
Tom Brady gets to go home to his supermodel either way, so it's win win for him.

I've been pulling for the Giants since the beginning of the playoffs. I really want to see them win.

Not to mention I dislike Bill Belichick, he's a liar and a cheater. Also, I really don't want to hear another football team as being the dynasty of this century. 49ers already pulled that off last century

As BAD as I want NY to knock down the Pats, I believe the Pats will unfortunately win! The exciting part they'll be undefeated which is a GREAT thing in itself!

The key is the Giant's defense...if they can put pressure on Brady, and get some turnovers, they can win it. If their defense collapses, the Pats will steamroll over them.
