There was a core/abdominal workout or excercise that I saw on the front page and looked at very breifly and now I want to go back and read it in detail and I can not find it. It was something about vacumn maybe? There were 3 videos with it. I think it was an old school bodybuilder excercise? Sucking your gut in maybe? Anybody know what I am talking about?

That's the one, thank you. I tried searching several times, but it might have helped if I was spelling vacuum the same way they did. But I also searched abdominal and went through all the results and it wasnt there, so who knows. I often find internal search engines to be a bit dicey. Or I am just an idiot sometimes....
