Amino acid tabs just give you expensive piss: you get 40g of amino acids in 150g of chicken breast for maybe $0.50. You really don't need to take those unless you're potentially deficient (i.e. you're bodybuilding, a power lifter, or professional wrestler).

I can't speak to the beverly's brand specifically but it does depend on your goals. If you are a lifter/bodybuilder or trying to add lean mass then Branch Chain Amino Acids are one of very few supplements with good scientific backing. There are some other cases where they can be useful as well such as during strong dieting phases with intense cardio, taken before and after these types of work outs they can help prevent a loss of lean muscle mass.
