Overdoing it?

Is it too much to want to take on both the Strong and Lean workout plan and working another cardio-based plan from this site? I've just started Strong and Lean, but was thinking of subbing in either the Fighter workout or the half-marathon program for the cardio days. Just worried that it might lead to over training. Think it's ok to do or should I just stick to one thing for now?

some of the consequences of overworking is that you won't get as much results. I was over working a lot an gaining no muscle, in fact lost some.

Just be careful and eat enough.
Besides that, go for it.

It's fairly difficult to over train. You really have to be pretty balls to the walls with working out. You'll know it when it happens. Just get enough sleep and eat well. You should be fine. As Guilty said, listen to your gut.

I was thinking about doing the same but started a different weight lifting program...let me know how it works out for you if you end up doing it like this...I may want to try it when I switch routines again. Good Luck!
