Has anyone had a chance to visit this gym. Thoughts?

I just joined the new one here in town on the marina/harbor. Pretty nice to overlook the ocean while you workout. But they had a pc with snapshots of some of the new clubs the new NYC looks huge from pictures and blueprints that they had. Lucky.
