Just wondering what supplements are good for diabetics.
Right now I take a daily multi and cinnamon supplement and take NoXplode before workout with a protein shake after. Any others I should be taking?

Drink a ton of water. High sugar can really do a number on your organs. Put plenty of garlic and onions in your food. Stevia is great for use as a sweetener and may actually improve sensitivity to insulin, which could be useful depending on if you are type 1 or 2.

I don't know how long you have been living with this, but if you have any questions don't hesitate to email me. I have been living with it for 8 years.

Those are all good supplements but is the NoXplode the nitric oxide supplement? I've read a lot of dubious reports on that one.

A good thing to help keep blood sugar from rising is to eat foods that have a low glycemic index. Sweet potatoes have a lower glycemic index than brown rice. And if I'm not mistaken parboiled rice like Uncle Ben's has a lower glycemic index than brown rice as well. Don't eat foods that spike your insulin while at the same time eating foods high in fat. Because if you need to inject insulin this is a surefire way of creating the perfect environment for fat anabolism. In other words, it will help you get fatter quicker and easier.
