Was just curious if anyone had any experience with this product and could recommend a good brand?

I also have family members that may want to take it for not only decreasing fat but also for lowering cholesterol. I first read about it in the bodybuilding magazine Muscular Development.

It also appears to be a powerful antioxidant and helps to stabilize blood sugar/insulin for diabetics.
