I'm working also today. It's kinda slow. But I'm tired from last night so I really don't mind.
How are you hanging in there?

UGH.. I am here until 3 PM. It's busier than I thought it was going to be. I work in a bank, and usually we are slow on holidays, but luckily there is a bit of "action" going on.. haha.. "action" im such a dirty boi..

Just a quick check in at my office, then out of here.. looking forward to a very quiet and relaxing rest of the 4th... except for fireworks tonight. Have a great 4th everyone!

Just wrapped up a 1/2 day at work and now can relax just a little.

Yes....I will be working on polishing off the corn on the cob, BBQ steak and veggies and macaroni salad.

I'll be working my shift in the ER from 6P to 2A, so no firework viewing for me....just taking care of the goons who get drunk and explode them in their own faces.

The 4th of July falls in the middle of harvest season. You go 0400 to 1800, seven days a week until it's done. When I was growing up, I didn't know anybody who got the day off. Good thing our crop sucked this year. It's already gone. So, uh... I gotta work in the office to make up for it.

I got called into work today, and was about half shaved when I got a call back saying "nevermind."

I think I'm the only guy dissapointed that I'm NOT working today... work has been SLOOOOOOOW.

What I will bitch about even more is that I have to pack it in early tonight because I have to work early the morning AFTER the 4th... pissed.

Yep, I worked today, couldn't have been any slower; holiday pay is always nice.

I worked today which is awesome because technically it was suppose to bemy daff but I was scheduled for it and it' now become my 6th day including the fact that it's a holiday so I am making back.
