Hey, I'm going away in a month and will have a far whack of free time so I will be getting lots of reading in.

So, I'd like some recommendations on books to read.
mainly about body building and how to go about it, including eating, workouts and so forth.

I've spent a lot of time reading websites and so on but nothing seems to beat a few good books for me.

I'm still relative new to all this so a good range from basics to more advanced would be much appreciated.

So what would you guys recommend?

I finished up my first Augusten Boroughs book the other week, Dry, and plan on buying the rest of his work. He's a gay writer who's works are essentially autobiographic, but nothing in my life has ever been like that.

The Men's Health Book of Muscle is a pretty easy read with lots of good information.

Arnold's book is really good too and you can see the governator make horrendous faces while lifting.

OH I had no idea about that book, will definitely get that

hahaha I've seen a few of Arnies faces, he looks scary, I suppose I would to lifting that.

John, I had a look at the books and read a few reviews, they sound interesting, will look more into them
