Hehe he...you love this media clip don't you? You're making sure guys on here get a chance to run across it. I showed it to some friends and family. Mainly to my mother who is trying to lose some weight. She's not obese. If she were to lose 25lb she'd look like Elizabeth Taylor again. She's already lost 15 or so through Jenny Craig but has reached a plateau.

One of her weaknesses, and I think many people suffer from this, is that she craves carbohydrates late at night. She likes to snack on ice cream and sweets late at night. And this is the worst time to eat that type of stuff since undigested sugars get stored as fat a lot more easily.

If I'm not mistaken I think I think this is a sign of something lacking in the diet. Personally for me I used to crave sweets when I didn't have a proper amount of carbohydrates during the day. So I think my body was craving sweets to get a quick energy boost as a way to replenish glycogen stores.
