Has anyone tried the "Perfect Pullup" from the makers of the perect pushup?
I like the fact that you can do both pullups/chinups and then the bar swings around to do inverted rows but I wonder about the quality/ease of use? Anyone tried it?
Thanks.

I do regular chin-ups all the time....like 100-125 a day, several times a week. (I have a free-standing pullup bar at my house.) I have the "perfect pushup", and it works great. . . but haven't heard of the "perfect pullup." I'll look it up on line and probably give it a try.

I saw the infomercial for that.
I have a pull up bar that hooks over my door frame and it works just dandy. I paid $14 for it at TJMaxx, so no reason to get something extra fancy.

Sometimes the basics are best.

(PS: Not suggesting you shouldn't buy it, only that perhaps with a regular bar - door attached or free standing - you won't actually need the fancy one.)

i haven't seen the product and i'm not bashing nor endorsing. ideally i prefer devices that provide very little stability which forces me to use and develop my accessory muscles. i.e. pushups on medicine balls are good as are pullups off chain/rope devices.

Thanks for the responses. I can get 2 of the $15 bars at TZ Maxx to accomplish the same thing, and that fits my budget much better.

LOL! I'm not sure that the same ad appears each time but the ad for the "perect pullup" is in the thread.

Mmm, context sensitive adds. Google's AdSense knows what you're talking about....
