So, with my most recent issue of Men's Health, I got a brochure from them advertising a book called the Men's Health TNT Diet. It's $31.96 + shipping and handling. Has anyone read it? Is it worth it?

Hey Laddy. Yeah I've read it, in fact I have it. Of course since I occasionally freelance for Men's Health I get most of their books anyway. It reads like most of the other Men's Health books as well as its magazine. Build bigger muscles by using compound exercises, add a generous amount of cardio and follow a lowfat diet. The Abs Diet is a better read in my opinion. One book I suggest getting is Muscle Chow by Men's Health cover model Gregg Avedon.
If you want the TNT Diet buy it off Amazon--its cheaper!

That's kinda funny. TNT and several related compounds were once actually used in diet pills. They're metabolic uncouplers - work like a charm. They block enzymes that process ATP and cause your metabolism to jump into overdrive. It's just that getting the dosage even slightly wrong will kill you.

It's pretty much the same thing that "roundup" does to plants.

Mindgarden are you referring to "DNP?"
That stuff is also very oxidative, in addition to being potentially fatal.
