AB Vacs work! I lost an inch!

Been doing the ab vacs for about a month and I finally lost that inch I put on around last Christmas. Went from a tape-measured 34 to a 33. Yippee! Clothes fit looser, too.

Good work.

I love Ab Vacs. You can fit them in anytime during the day. They are better when waiting in the checkout line at the grocery store than scanning the covers of the Rags and it keeps your mind of impulse buying.

I do three reps three times a day. Between Vacs and watching my diet, I am down 6" in the waist. And it improves the posture.

Thanks guys. Yeah, it is easy to work in anywhere. I never really got into the 40-second version, but even the shorter ones work!

focus your breaths into your chest so that your rib cage expands, your chest appears to ascend and descend, and keep your shoulders relaxed. it's a step in intecostal diaphragmatic breathing and can take a little time to get used to, but it's possible. just keep doing it until it feels and looks "natural".

I have actually incorporated them into a group fitness class I teach. I start out the abs sections with vacuums. Just started this new routine on Tuesday. I'll let you all know the results.
