I use straight.

But, I also try to use capitalization, proper spelling and punctuation too - even when texting.

I agree completely. No straight guy ever uses the phrase str8. It is another ridiculous gay phrase.

It's really hawt when bois use kewl words like str8 in an attempt to be cute. I also think it's cute when all gay bois unapologetically generalize all other gay bois. For one. Not all gays guys use the word str8. I am a fag, and I use it too, and are not about to stop using it, just to please you!

Second. Language is a living thing, it changes over time. Now we live more in a text world, and the language is changing because of it, spelling is becoming abbreviated. Str8 is not about to go away anytime soon.
