The Cold War, old habits die hard. The Russian military has always loved parades, pity the personnel is not nearly as professional or as well paid as the American or British. The Navy ships are still rusting in their harbours. The Russian Bear still has a long way to go to get its' claws back.

An unclickable link reminds me of laziness, inconsiderateness, rudeness, and, to be charitable, ignorance.

Is it the confirmed habit of conservatives not to make a link clickable?

I've missed those old May Day parades.

Russia's getting money again (energy/fuel) and they're all finally getting a bit prideful. Add a leader (Putin) who's not willing to bend over to the West, and you've got a charismatic father figure to adore.

Yet American tanks roll on foreign soil. American fast food outlets invades foreign lands, as does Americanism, with it's right wing religions feeling they have the right to convert the world.

Australian home owners go to the wall, because of greedy Americans.

Just as well the Russian don't do such things. Oh the out cry.
