okey, yes I know, this will sound like I am cheating
but hey, why not use something that works if it does.
I have gained that dreadful tire around my waist and
would like to know if any of those creams like ROC
that promise to take off 2 sizes off.

if anyody has any info that would be great ...

This stuff works very simply. The fat and weight comes right out of your wallet. Nothing slims you down like proper diet. I've lost 6" from my waist following a good food regimen.
