Kidney Failure...

Hmmmmm...no, I dont have any kidney problems.

I think a doctor would have to advise one what kind of exercise that one can do.

Do you have this problem?

Your kidneys have failed and you haven't had a discussion about physical activity with your doctor?

Are you really 2 feet 10 inches tall?

Turk - this is one where you MUST talk to your doctor. It can be very serious - my Sister died of kidney disease. Are you currently on dialysis? Some exercise is good for the body - especially cardio, but I would avoid heavy work-outs that would stress your body and increase the toxins that the body is already having a difficult time getting rid of.

But seriously - talk to your doctor!!!
