Can anyone tell me about this product? I want to bulk up now and my local Vitamin Shoppe suggested it. I looking pretty lean now, and a bit tired of the stick figure look. I just worry I am going to gain to much weight to fast. Secondly anyone got advice of a place I can get some quality workout routines?

I'm sorry, no idea. But I kind of like the name; at least it sounds promising.
